Bradley Robert Grounds

Bradley Robert Grounds, 37, of Linton, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at his residence. Born March 1, 1989 in Bloomington, Indiana, he was the son of David Robert and Lisa L’Rae (Winger) Grounds.

Brad (Bradley Bob/B-rad) drove a truck for Jones & Sons and often attended the Washington Church of Christ. He was past president of the South-Central Indiana Antique Truck Club – a chapter of the Antique Truck Club of America, a member of the White River Valley Antique Association, Indiana Live Steamers, a ten-year member of 4-H and was in the Bloomfield FFA for four years.

Brad’s hobbies included all aspects of railroading, any type of racing and loved helping others.

Surviving relatives include: His parents, David & Lisa Grounds; one sister, Ashley Kiesel (Ben); his niece and nephew, Braxdon and Brooklynn Kiesel; his paternal grandmother, Sondra Dayhoff (Rick) and his maternal grandmother, Suzie Babcock.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Daniel Grounds, maternal grandfather, Allen Winger and paternal grandmother, Rebbeca “Beckie” Grounds.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Grant Riggins officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in rural Lyons, Indiana.

Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 and 1 hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
