Billy "Bill" Newton Fulk, 82, of Spencer passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at the IU Health Bloomington Hospice House. he was born in Greene County, Indiana on July 23, 1938 to Harry and Viola (Burch) Fulk.

Bill attended Patricksburg High School. He married the love of his life Gloria Neibel on June 2, 1961. Bill worked for Harry Miller Farms for fifty-four years. He enjoyed fixing fences and working on the farm. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Chuch.

Bill is survived by his wife of 59 years, Gloria Fulk of Spencer; two siblings Jo Simpson (Gary) of Bedford and Willard "Ralph" Fulk of Spencer; two sister-in-laws, Olive Fulk and Rosalie Fulk; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six siblings Harry Fulk, Thomas Fulk, Donald Fulk, Carl Fulk, Patty Bowman and Mary Heaton; and sister-in-law Karen Fulk.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Fulk officiating. Interment will follow at Splinter Ridge Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
