Sept. 20, 12:55 a.m., Kitric Charles Hudson, 36, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $400.
