New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, July 23, 2026:

July 22, 11:24 p.m., Anthony James Robertson, 20, Jasonville, was arrested on a warrant for intimidation. No bond was allowed. 

July 22, 11:47 p.m., Tamara Sue Marsh, 63, Worthington, was arrested on preliminary charges of domestic battery, confinement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment. No bond was allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
