New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, July 24, 2025:

July 23, 1:30 p.m., Chandler Octavious Hunter, 27, no address listed, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct. No bond was allowed. 

July 23, 4:08 p.m., John Peter Cecil Lee Wolff, 35, Springville, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

July 23, 5:08 p.m., Dakota James Reading, 28, Woodburn, was arrested on preliminary charges of residential entry, theft, and unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
