New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, March 11, 2025:

March 10, 11:00 p.m., Michael Alan Poncar, 40, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of intimidation. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Jasonville Police Department Officer Andrew Johnson was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
