New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025:

Oct. 29, 9:26 a.m., John H. Coats, 88, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of intimidation. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $100.

Oct. 29, 9:34 a.m., Chad Allen Myers, 31, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery. No bond was allowed.

Oct. 29, 7:50 p.m., Levi Anthony Shane Elkins, 35, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond was allowed. He was also arrested on a warrant for domestic battery and interfering with public safety. On those charges, his bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Oct. 30, 3:02 a.m., Manuel Meza, Jr., 36, Ellettsville was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old and resisting law enforcement. No bond was allowed.
