New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, June 11, 2024:

June 10, 2:26 PM, Jimmy Dale Modesitt, 63, Brazil, was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, operating with a controlled substance in the body, possession of paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Mead was the arresting officer.

June 10, 6:16 PM, Shane Steven Tebo, 39, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of interfering with public safety and a probation violation. For the interfering with public safety charge, his bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. For the probation violation, no bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.

June 10, 6:51 PM, John Logan Parkes, 36, Sandborn, was arrested on preliminary charges of theft with a prior unrelated conviction for theft or conversion and criminal trespass. His bond was set for $5,000 surety with 10% allowed. He was released the same day after posting $500. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.
