June 8, 12:54 AM, William Frederick Cody, 64, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle or syringe, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia. No bond was allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Nathan Kilgore was the arresting officer. 

June 8, 12:58 AM, Bryce Jacob Spelts, 27, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $800. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer. 

June 8, 8:42 PM, Gerland Lloyd Lund, 68, Worthington, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the following day after posting $450. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer. 

June 8, 9:07 PM, Te’Ajah Renee Tandy, 19, Indianapolis, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. Her bond was set at $500 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released the same day after posting $50. Bloomfield Police Department Officer Ryan Montgomery was the arresting officer. 

June 9, 5:51 AM, Quintin Levi Resler, 24, Switz City, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $8,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Department Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer. 

June 9, 8:09 PM, David Wayne Alton, 53, Linton, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the next day after posting $400. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer. 

June 10, 3:30 AM, Kathleen Agness Preece, 40, Bloomfield, was arrested on a preliminary charge of theft. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released the same day after posting $100. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Chris Anderson was the arresting officer. 

June 10, 8:14 AM, Jordan Paul Ray, 22, Linton, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated—endangerment and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.
