May 3, 5:09 PM, Tyler Jay Cliver, 34, West Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant for indirect contempt of court. His bond was set at $500 cash only. He was released on May 5 after posting $500. Linton Police Department Officer Jerrad Pirtle was the arresting officer.

May 4, 9:28 PM, Patrick Wayne Sparks, II, 55, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released the following day after posting $450. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Caleb Sipes was the arresting officer.

May 5, 4:30 AM, Henry John Tonyan, 64, Lyons, was arrested on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released later the same day after posting $400. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Travis Hasler was the arresting officer.
