New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, Feb. 5, 2024:

Feb. 2, 11:42 AM, Pamela Sue Martinez, 37, Worthington, was arrested on a warrant for juvenile/family compulsory school attendance violation and neglect of a dependent. Her bond was set at $4,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. She was released after posting $450. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Mead was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 2, 2:26 PM, Donald Eugene Gambill, 59, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for arson when the loss is more than $250 but less than $5,000 and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $1,000. 

Feb. 2, 2:27 PM, Jeremy D. Hunt, 48, Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant for theft. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Zach Goad was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 3, 3:12 AM, Philip Albert Christiansen, 58, Bloomington, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years. His bond was set at $9,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $900. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Jordan Allor was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 3, 3:41 PM, Dylan Todd Beyers, 33, French Lick, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant for strangulation, intimidation, and domestic battery. No bond was allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer. 

Feb. 4, 5:47 PM, Cheryl Darlene Welty, 47, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.
