New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024:

Jan. 24, 1:21 PM, Adam Russell Langley, 44, Mitchell, was arrested on a warrant for residential entry and criminal trespass. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He was released after posting $500. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Anthony Adcock was the arresting officer.

Jan. 24, 8:03 PM, Brian Richard Bixler, Jr., 29, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for intimidation with a deadly weapon, strangulation, and domestic battery. His bond was set at $15,000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

Jan. 25, 1:22 AM, Curtis Shane Freeland, 38, Jasonville, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear. No bond was allowed. Jasonville Police Department Officer Skylar Scott was the arresting officer.

Jan. 25, 6:19 AM, Coty Cheyenne Fender, 38, Linton, was arrested on a warrant for direct contempt of court. His bond was set at $500 cash only.

Jan. 25, 7:51 AM, John Leon Featherstone, 37, was arrested on a warrant for non-support of dependents and direct contempt of court. His bond was set at $31,439 surety with 10% cash allowed for non-support of dependents. For contempt of court, his bond was set at $2,000 cash only.
