New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, February 14, 2023:

February 14, 2023, 12:39 AM, Nathan Daniel Barden, 34, Linton, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
