January 30, 2023, 6:12 AM, Michael Lance Scott, 33, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.

January 30, 2023, 3:10 PM, Hickory Lynn Smith, 31, Brazil, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a writ of attachment. Her bond was set at $500 cash only. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

January 30, 2023, 9:41 PM, Jesse E. Nicholas, 38, Olney, Illinois, was arrested on new preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond information not available. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Sergeant Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
