He was being held without bond in this case. He was also arrested on a warrant issued on new charges of felony obstruction of justice and forgery. He was being held on a bond of $8000 surety with 10% cash allowed in this case. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Sergeant Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
