December 30, 2022, 4:21 PM, Charles David Ruble, 26, Owensburg, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on new charges felony theft and misdemeanor violations of timber buyer registration and inspection. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. He posted $500 and was released later the same day. Indiana Conservation Officer Cole Hollingsworth was the arresting officer.

December 30, 2022, 5:55 PM, Christy Marie Mathis, 44, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. Her bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

December 30, 2022, 8:12 PM, Kevin Layne Deckard, 56, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony battery resulting in serious bodily injury, criminal recklessness, intimidation and pointing a firearm, plus misdemeanor resisting law enforcement. His bond was set at $29,000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Logan Milligan was the arresting officer. Deckard was also wanted on two warrants issued out of another county for failure to appear in felony cases. In those cases he was being held without bond.

December 31, 2022, 11:35 PM, Josi Lee Pigg, 21, Dugger, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1000 surety with 10% cash allowed. She posted $100 and was released on January 1. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.

January 1, 2023, 9:22 AM, Shawn Matthew Wilcox, 22, Bloomington, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony domestic battery and strangulation, and misdemeanor criminal mischief, interference in the reporting of a crime and theft. His bond was set at $10,500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

January 1, 2023, 8:19 PM, Shelby Nicole Allen, 22, homeless, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.

January 1, 2023, 10:08 PM, Kenny Ray Cordell, 40, Lyons, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years.
