September 20, 2022, 10:39 AM, Madison Lauren Elaine Johnson, 21, Lyons, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Devin Goad was the arresting officer.

September 20, 2022, 11:39 PM, Jonathan Scott Jordan, 35, Mechanicsville, Iowa, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, theft, criminal recklessness, operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury and possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor reckless driving and possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Bloomfield Police Lieutenant Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
