September 19, 2022, 12:30 PM, Easton Parker Mize, 26, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond.

September 19, 2022, 3:51 PM, Kortney Mae Lynn Gosnell, 36, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on a writ of attachment. Her bond was set at $500 cash only. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

September 20, 2022, 1:20 AM, Briauna Shey George-Fisher, 26, Swiftz City, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of two counts of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4000 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Cayden Walker was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
