September 21, 2022, 2:11 PM, Jordan Lee Burch, 34, Loogootee, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor possession of counterfeited substances. His bond was set at $5000 surety with 10% cash allowed.

September 21, 2022, 11:45 PM, Kimberly S. Clapp, 50, Switz City, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony residential entry and possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff's Deputy Michael Stanley was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
