July 7, 2022, 12:20 PM, Samuel Scott Summers, 63, Bloomington, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance.

July 7, 2022, 12:25 PM, Jamie Dale Hicks II, 31, Solsberry, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of two counts of felony dealing methamphetamine and another warrant issued for failure to appear at a hearing about a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case of felony possession of methamphetamine.
