June 8, 2022, 1:57 PM, Dixie Rose Barnes, 59, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on charges of felony possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of a syringe. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun was the arresting officer.
