June 9, 2022, 2:01 PM, Holly Marie Stout, 34, Bloomfield, Indiana, was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony theft. She was being held without bond.

June 9, 2022, 5:10 PM, Paul Raymond McCormick, 32, Linton, Indiana, was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Wayman JR Blazier was the arresting officer.

June 9, 2022, 8:23 PM, John Lee Irons, 33, Jasonville, Indiana, was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor theft and criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $1500 surety with 10% cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
