August 11, 11:00 a.m. – Timothy Dale Patton, 60, Heltonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substances, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. David Elmore was the arresting officer.
August 11, 6:13 p.m. – Elizabeth Ann Fields, 39, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy William C. Walker was the arresting officer.
August 11, 7:56 p.m. – Brian Robert Callihan, 39, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $9,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.
August 11, 9:30 p.m. – William Frederick Cody, 62, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.
August 11, 10:59 p.m. – Charlotta Lucille Preece, 39, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy William C. Walker was the arresting officer.
