New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, August 10, 2021:

August 9, 11:51 a.m. – Amanda Kristine May, 37, Lewis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.

August 9, 7:50 p.m. – Michael Thomas Whitney, 52, Velpen, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued ut of Dubois County in a case involving misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. He was being held without bond. Indiana State Police Trooper Ben Burris was the arresting officer.
