July 29, 11:11 a.m. – Levi Anthony Shane Elkins, 31, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of felony possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $25,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana State Police Trooper Jarrod Lents was the arresting officer.

July 29, 12:17 p.m. – Michael James Phegley, 27, Vincennes, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony driving while being a habitual traffic violator. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day.

July 29, 9:33 p.m. – Shawn Terry Hutchison, 63, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Indiana State Police Trooper Taylor Lowry was the arresting officer.
