November 2, 2021, 11:16 a.m. – Tyrone Douglas, 29, Evansville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a charge of misdemeanor reckless driving. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

November 2, 2021, 12:53 p.m. – Bobby Joe Gallagher, 42, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, both issued for charges of misdemeanor invasion of privacy. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Andrew Duguay was the arresting officer

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
