July 17, 10:02 a.m. – Bret Thomas Carmichael, 49, Springville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body and reckless driving. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,000 and was released later the same day. Greene County Jail Officer Angel Chaparro was the arresting officer.

July 19, 1:07 a.m. – Jessica N. McCombs, 33, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony aggravated battery. Her bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $1,000 and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

July 19, 2:03 a.m. – Elijah Bartholomew Query, 25, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction and resisting law enforcement, and misdemeanor possession of a handgun without a license. His bond was set at $13,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $1,300 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.
