New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday, July 1, 2020:

June 30, 12:56 p.m. – Benjamin Kevin Lewis, 39, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony battery resulting in moderate bodily injury. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 and was released later the same day. Greene County Courthouse Security Officer Patrick Fulford was the arresting officer.

July 1, 1:33 a.m. – Jessica Lea Webb, 33, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with passenger less than 18 years old, neglect of a dependent and intimidation, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Her bond was set at $16,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Bloomfield Police Lt. Marvin Holt was the arresting officer.

July 1, 2:02 a.m. – Amanda Dawn Wheeler, 42, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Sgt. Bobby Pierce was the arresting officer.
