October 15, 11:29 a.m. – Damon Brian Meek, 28, Bedford, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for a conviction of misdemeanor domestic battery and on a probation violation. He was being held without bond.

October 15, 11:04 p.m. – Philip Michael Hebert, 35, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Monroe County in a case involving felony intimidation. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
