October 14, 12:46 p.m. – Kevin Douglas Johnson, 46, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Sgt. Logan Hobbs was the arresting officer.

October 14, 4:11 p.m. – April Michelle Ispas, 38, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

October 15, 12:36 a.m. – Michael Adam Ball, 37, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed but he was also being held on three Writs of Attachment with bonds set at $300, $300 and $500 cash only.
