August 30, 12:40 p.m. – Martin Servin Guzman, 57, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of another state in two cases involving felony theft. Bond information not available. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.

August 30, 9:08 p.m. – Bryan Lee Cullison, Jr., 37, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony dealing in methamphetamine. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

August 31, 12:11 a.m. – David Ray Foster, 41, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony intimidation. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $500 cash and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

August 31, 7:28 p.m. – Shawn Marcus Ray, 26, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on three warrants issued out of Monroe County, all for alleged probation violations in three different cases. He was being held without bond and is now in Monroe County custody. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Camron Frye was the arresting officer.

September 1, 12:01 a.m. – James Robert Kent, 32, Switz City, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $100 cash and was released later the same day. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

September 1, 5:56 a.m. – Michael Raymond Emery, 58, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $400 cash and was released later the same day. Bloomfield Deputy Marshal Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

September 1, 11:20 p.m. – James Herbert Johnson, 54, Sandborn, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor criminal trespassing. His bond was set at $11,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Jasonville Police Officer Jake Gambill was the arresting officer.
