November 15, 11:26 a.m. – William Allen Mealey, 45, Coalmont, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued after he failed to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

November 15, 1:43 p.m. – Daniel Wayne Clark, 35, Linton, Ind, was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender. His bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.

November 15, 4:15 p.m. – John Stephen Ellis, 36, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued after he failed to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor theft, and on another warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of misdemeanor theft, and on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the first, held without bond on the petition to revoke, and $2,100 cash only on the Writ. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Bruce Porter was the arresting officer.

November 16, 12:11 a.m. – Codey Seth Hall, 30, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Lawrence County in a case involving felony home improvement fraud and theft. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

November 16, 4:07 p.m. – Brenda Joellen Payne, 28, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Deputy Police Chief Deb McDonald was the arresting officer.

November 16, 4:13 p.m. – Michael James Allen Tomes, 33, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Deputy Police Chief Deb McDonald was the arresting officer.

November 16, 5:29 p.m. – Thomas Eugene Oakley, 37, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a common nuisance and misdemeanor possession of a handgun without a license. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

November 16, 6:10 p.m. – John Paul Chapman, 46, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued after he failed to appear for an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended – second offense. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

November 16, 6:12 p.m. – Chad Allen Pemberton, 36, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of two counts of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a common nuisance and battery against a public safety official, and misdemeanor possession of a handgun without a license, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. However, he was also wanted on a parole revocation and on a Writ of Attachment issued out of Owen County. For those two, he was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

November 16, 11:04 p.m. – Hunter Joe Christy, 31, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued after he failed to appear for an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief and on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence on a conviction of felony resisting law enforcement and criminal recklessness. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the first but he was being held without bond on the petition to revoke. Linton Police Officer Nick Yingling was the arresting officer.

November 18, 6:34 a.m. – Gracie Mae Ellis, 19, Dugger, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $4,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.
