October 29, 11:17 a.m. – Brady Lee Jerrell, 25, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor interfering with a drug or alcohol test. His bond was set at $500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. He posted $50 and was released later the same day. Greene County Sheriff’s Det. Shawn Cullison was the arresting officer.

October 29, 1:46 p.m. – Ashton Mylin Maples, 20, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor refusal to identify self, possession of marijuana and resisting law enforcement. Her bond was set at $2,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $200 and was released later the same day. Indiana State Police Trooper John Yung was the arresting officer.

October 30, 12:31 a.m. – John Paul Chapman, 46, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for failure to appear at an initial hearing on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor driving while suspended. His bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Linton Police Officer Adam King was the arresting officer.

October 30, 1:55 a.m. – Ivan Herbert Evinger, 24, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Hamilton County for an alleged probation violation. He was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Brian Pilant was the arresting officer.
