New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:

  • March 16 – Christopher Levi Clouse, 36, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $1,200 cash only.
  • March 16 – Lindsey May Bryant, 26, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on failure to appear in a case involving misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Her bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed. She was released later the same day after posting bond.
  • March 16 – Gary D. Reed, 29, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. He was being held without bond.
  • March 16 – Olivia Kathleen Robison, 25, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine and a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in another case involving felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond.
  • March 16 – Brian Lee Scales, 29, Vevay, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. His bond was set at $1,500 cash only. Greene County Jail Officer Darren McDonald was the arresting officer.
  • March 17 – Levi Anthony Shane Elkins, 27, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond.
  • March 17 – Willard R. Sherman, 47, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond. Jasonville Police Officer Dustin Cain was the arresting officer.
  • March 18 – Jayda Janelle Drone, 21, Vincennes, Ind., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. She was released later the same day after posting bond. Worthington Deputy Marshal James Harrington was the arresting officer.
  • March 18 – Shannon Elaine Forker, 30, Jasonville, was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony possession of methamphetamine. She was being held without bond. Jasonville Police Officer Anthony Duguay was the arresting officer.
  • March 18 – Alexander Blair Provo, 25, Cullowhee, N.C., was arrested on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 18. His bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was released later the same day after posting bond.
  • March 18 – Jeremy Christopher Hall, 34, Springville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony theft and misdemeanor theft. In this case his bond was set at $5,000 surety with ten percent allowed. He was being held without bond on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of a hypodermic syringe and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne was the arresting officer.
  • March 18 – Larry Raymond Barnard, 31, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case involving misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bond. Linton Police Officer Joe Riley was the arresting officer.

Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a new case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
