/New arrests on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department:
- February 13 – Anthony Martin Cazee, 47, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence in a case that involved felony pointing a firearm at another person, and new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. His bond on the new charges was set at $11,500 surety with ten percent allowed but he was being held without bond on the warrant. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.
- February 13 – Grant Michael Stamm, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of felony residential entry. He was being held without bond.
- February 14 – Amber Dawn Fogleman, 37, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on a preliminary charge of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. She was being held without bond. Greene County Jail Officer Steve Dobson was the arresting officer.
Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Individuals are booked into jail on warrants issued by courts or on “preliminary charges” based on recommendations of investigating or arresting officers. Charges may change when a case is filed in court by the prosecutor who reviews the case and makes the charging decision.
