Sheriff's Department accepting applications for kitchen position

The Greene County Sheriff’s Department is accepting applications for a kitchen position paying $16.77 per hour.

Benefits include paid time off, retirement, health care coverage, paid training, tiered pay based on longevity and access to an on-site 24-hour fitness center.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must also possess a valid Indiana driver’s license, demonstrate a safe driving record and have a clean criminal history.

The hiring process will include interviews, testing and background checks. Applications will be accepted until the vacancies are filled.
