Sara Ann Condol, 40, was arrested and booked into the Greene County Jail late Tuesday night, May 21.

Condol was reported to be living at her residence on County Road 200 South in the Linton area, a location which is shown in jail and court records to have a Lyons mailing address.

Condol has been under an ongoing investigation by the Greene County Drug Task Force and is accused of dealing methamphetamine out of her residence.

In a probable cause affidavit filed in her case, an investigator with the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office indicates the task force has audio and video evidence that Condol has sold a quantity of methamphetamine on at least two occasions in May. Both transactions allegedly took place at Condol’s home.

Officers also are in possession of the substances sold by Condol in both instances and say they both field-tested positive as methamphetamine.

When the case against Condol was filed this past Monday, May 20, the court granted Prosecutor Jarrod Holtsclaw’s motion to seal records.

A warrant for her arrest was issued the same day and she was taken into custody late Tuesday.

Today, on Thursday, May 23, the seal was lifted and Condol appeared before Judge Erik Allen in Greene Circuit Court for her initial hearing.

She was charged with two counts of dealing in methamphetamine in an amount between one and five grams, both Level 4 felonies.

Condol requested a court-appointed attorney but after questions were asked to determine her eligibility, her request was denied.

Bond was set at $30,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed.
