Linton City Hall employees get creative with pumpkin decorating contest; public invited to vote

City of Linton employees are getting into the Halloween spirit with a pumpkin decorating contest, and residents are invited to help choose the winners.

City Hall employees have decorated six pumpkins featuring a variety of creative designs, from spooky Halloween characters to colorful and whimsical creations.

The pumpkins are currently on display at Linton City Hall, where residents can view the entries in person and cast their votes using a ballot box in the lobby.

Residents can also vote online by visiting the City of Linton's Facebook page and commenting on the contest post with the number of their favorite pumpkin or their top three selections.

Each pumpkin is numbered to make voting easy.

Voting will remain open through Wednesday, Oct. 28.

Residents are encouraged to stop by City Hall or participate online to show their support for city employees and their Halloween creativity.
