Final early voting day set for Saturday ahead of May 5 election

Voters in Greene County have one final opportunity to cast their ballots early this weekend ahead of the 2026 primary election.

Saturday, May 2, marks the last early voting Saturday, with voting available from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at two locations: the Greene County Courthouse in Bloomfield and the Roy Clark Building in Linton.

Early voting will also continue at the courthouse, located at 1 E. Main St. in Bloomfield on Monday, May 4, from 8 a.m. to noon.

On Election Day, Tuesday, May 5, polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at all 10 polling locations across the county.

  • Jasonville Fire Department, 235 Cook Street, Jasonville

  • Worthington Town Hall, 20 S. Commercial Street, Worthington

  • Center Township Fire Department, 11216 E. State R. 54,Bloomfield

  • Roy Clark Building, 1351 A Street NE, Linton

  • Eastern Fire Department, 4098 N State Road 43, Solsberry

  • Lyons Community Building,  600 W Broad Street, Lyons

  • 4-H Fairgrounds Event Center, 4503 W. State Road 54, Bloomfield

  • Taylor Township Fire Department, 7904 S. Westgate Rd., Newberry

  • Jackson Township Fire Department, 11523 E. Main Street, Owensburg

  • Greene County Courthouse, 1 E. Main Street, Bloomfield

County officials encourage residents to take advantage of early voting options to avoid potential lines on Election Day.
