Bloomfield man arrested, accused of felony intimidation
/A Bloomfield man is in custody after he allegedly threatened to kill another man.
Sean Kyle Bays, 50, of Bloomfield, was booked in to the Greene County Jail around 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening, September 20.
Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Davis Aerne, the investigating officer, said the sheriff’s office received a report on Thursday about threats allegedly made by Bays.
Deputy Aerne reported that during the investigation, the victim provided a recording of voice mail he had received from Bays saying he was going to kill the victim in this incident.
The suspect was located and arrested.
Bays is being held on preliminary charges of intimidation – a Level 6 felony, and intimidation - a Class A misdemeanor. His bond was initially set at $5,000 surety.
