Treva J. McGuire

Treva J. McGuire, 79, of Solsberry passed away Friday December 7, 2018 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. Born on February 4, 1939 in Greene County, Indiana the daughter of Ray and Ola (Patton) Shelton.

Treva retired from being a beautician, and was a member of the Solsberry Christian Church.

Surviving relatives include her children, David Charles “Chuck” McGuire and Cheri Tieman, she has two grandsons, Jerrad Tieman, Blain McGuire, three great grandchildren, Bailee Tieman, Bryce Tieman, Tristian McGuire, two brothers, George Shelton and Dewey Shelton.

Treva was preceded in death by her husband David Franklin McGuire on August 9, 2015, four sisters, four brothers and her parents.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday at the Solsberry Christian Church and 1 P.M. Thursday until the hour of service at the Church.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday at the Solsberry Christian Church with Pastor Tom Cooperider and David Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Solsberry Cemetery.

The family wishes any donations be made to the Solsberry Christian Church in Treva’s name.
