Stephen “Steve” Medlock, age 72, a resident of Alexander Guest House in Oak Ridge, TN, formerly of Linton, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Steve was born April 20, 1948 in Linton, Indiana to the late Kenneth and Laverne Medlock.

Steve was a veteran of the United States Navy having served our country in the Vietnam War. He retired from NSA Crane in Crane, Indiana as where he was a Master Woodworker for Heavy Haul. Throughout his life he loved woodworking, and riding his Harley Davidson. He was a member of ABATE and The Patriot Guard motorcycle clubs.
In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by brother, Terry Medlock.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Dupree of Clinton, TN; grandchildren, Emily Ingram & husband Brandon of Knoxville, TN Faith Dupree of Nashville, TN, Cameron Dupree of Murfreesboro, TN, Addison Dupree of Clinton,TN and honorary grandchild, Lauren Bryant of Memphis. TN; sister, Peggy Flath of Evansville, IN; sister-in-law, Carla Medlock of Linton, IN; nieces; D’Lee Bland (Mickey) of Linton, IN and Amber McAtee (Brian) of Evansville, IN, nephews, Brandon Flath (Samantha) and Kent Medlock (Destiny) of Linton, IN, great nieces Chloie Mayfield, Haylea Flath, Klynn Medlock, Kate McAtee, Gabby Flath and Kambree Medlock, great nephews, Hayden Flath (Kaitlin) and Grant McAtee and great great nephew Kyler Bushy.
Memorial service will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 10, 2021 with Tony Underwood officiating.
Memorial visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.

Reva Pauline Wells Thatcher, 93, of Worthington, Indiana, passed away peacefully at her home on February 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 27, 1931, near Arney in Owen County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Dennis "Jake" and Ona (White) Wells. Pauline, as she was affectionately known, was a hardworking and dedicated woman who, alongside her husband Fletcher Thatcher Jr., owned and operated Thatcher Feed and Grain in Worthington for many years.
With hearts full of love and sorrow, we announce the passing of our precious son, Houston Dwayne Hinkle who went home to be with Jesus on February 2, at just 10 months old. Though his time on earth was brief, his life was filled with love, courage, and the undeniable presence of God’s grace.
