Robert Ray Feutz, 83, of Bloomfield, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at his daughter’s residence. Born January 4, 1935, in Scotland, he was the son of Van and Gladys (Bennett) Feutz.

He was an elevator technician for Otis Elevator in Bloomington. He was a member of the Scotland Methodist Church. He played basketball for the Scotland Scotties.

Surviving relatives include:his wife, Doris June (Hayse) Feutz, whom he married March 10, 1956; his daughter, Melissa Perkins of Bloomfield; one son, Vance Feutz of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Kristen Feutz, Lacy Hart, Ashleigh Holmes, Niki Ashcraft, Kendyl Feutz, Joelie Feutz and Balin Feutz; and his great grandchildren, Addisyn, Hunter and Hadley.

He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Barry Feutz on March 17, 2017, two brothers, Marvin and Edwin Feutz and his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Erin Raper officiating. Interment will follow in Scotland cemetery.Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 1 hour prior to services on Sunday at the funeral home.
