Melinda Lou ''Suzy" Jenkins, 63, of Jasonville, IN passed away at 5:05 P.M. Wednesday, September 28, 2022 in Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. She was born January 30, 1959 in Mishawaka, IN to Junior Hurt and Mary Lou (Sizemore) Hurt.

Survivors include her husband, Chris Jenkins of Jasonville, IN; sons,Christopher Jenkins (Melissa) of Freemont, MI, Jonathon Jenkins (Victoria) of Branson, MO; 8–grandchildren; sister, Karen of Mishawaka, IN; sister in-law, Kelly Soncrant of Jasonville, IN.

She was preceded in death by her, parents, sons, Josh Thomas, Dillon Jenkins; brother, Roger Soncrant.

Suzi enjoyed flowers and crafting. She loved her family and spending time with them.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. Monday, October 3, 2022 at the Funeral Home. Services are immediately following at 2 P.M. with Pastor David Smith officiating.

Interment will be at Peavey Cemetery in Howesville, IN at a later date.
