Linda L. Chambers, 61, of Linton, Indiana, went to Heaven, on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born on September 9, 1962, in Vincennes, Indiana to James Everette and Opal Mae (Chester) Richardson. Linda was married to Kenneth A. Chambers.

Linda worked as an LPN at Glenburn Nursing Home and had served at other area nursing facilities in the past. She was a dedicated wife and mother and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Family left to cherish the memories of Linda include: her husband, Kenneth Chambers of Linton; one son, JK Duncan of Linton; stepdaughter, Laura Chambers of Coatsville, IN and two grandchildren, Brian Wilkins, Jr. and Alyssa Brokaw.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Funeral services to honor the life of Linda will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton.

Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
