Kimberly Jo "Kim" Jackson

Kimberly Jo "Kim" Jackson, 66, of Jasonville, IN passed away at 5:03 P.M. Tuesday, May 28,  2024 in her home.

She was born March 15, 1958 in Sullivan, IN to George Robert “Bob” Jackson and Wynona Jean (Inman) Jackson.

Survivors include her siblings, Randy “Pete” Jackson (Edward) of Elizabeth City, NC; Linda Lucas (David) of Warsaw, IN; Roberta “Robbie” Jackson of Linton, IN; George R. “Bobby” Jackson II (Mary) of Linton, IN; step-siblings, Marsha Turpin of Linton, IN; Daphne Bargar of Dugger, IN; James Cox of Linton, IN; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Janice Groves; life partner, Tim Rehmel; and step-siblings, Portia Swiger and John Cox.

Kim was a graduate of Union High School Class of 1976, Dugger, IN. Kim worked on the highway construction crew out of Laborers Local# 204 in Terre Haute, IN, until she retired. She was a member of Lyon’s American Legion Auxilary Post# 479 and Linton Moose Lodge# 1434. Kim liked working with her hands and loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from Noon to 2 P.M. Monday, June 3, 2024 at the Funeral Home. Services are immediately following at 2 P.M.

Private Burial will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Midland, IN.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Kim to Jasonville American Legion Post# 172 or Jasonville Church of God. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
