JACOB L. FELKER, 37, of Jasonville, IN passed away at 9:51 P.M. Sunday, March 17, 2024 in St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

He was born March 26, 1986 in Linton, IN to Marvin Felker and Shelly (Simpson) Felker.

Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Jade Felker of Jasonville, IN who he married on June 28, 2013; children, Azaia Felker of Linton, IN, Ruger Felker of Jasonville, IN; father, Marvin Felker of Midland, IN; brother, Jeremy Felker of Midland, IN; sister, Lesli Felker (Mike) of Hope, IN; several aunts and uncles; nieces, Cailyn Alsman (Kyle), Riley Felker; nephews, Braiden Felker, Kaige Felker, Chase Meredith, Nolan Meredith; great-nephew, Typhon Alsman; several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelly Felker maternal grandfather, Jay Simpson; paternal grandparents, Tom & Betty Felker; cousin, Jordan.

Jacob worked in retail and as a coal miner. He enjoyed hunting for Indian Beads and fishing. He loved spending time with his family, especially his children.

Arrangements are entrusted to Michael W. Cox, Cox Funeral Home; 218 South Meridian Street; Jasonville, Indiana. Visitation is scheduled from 4 to 7 P.M. Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Funeral Home. Services are immediately following at 7 P.M. In keeping with Jacob’s wishes cremation will be scheduled following services.
