Donna Jean Reed

Donna Jean Reed, 74, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at Atrium Health – Pineville in Charlottle, North Carolina.

Born July 14, 1950, she was the daughter of George Alvis Harris and Irene (Higgs) Harris Walton.

Donna was a homemaker. She attended the Friends of the Bridegroom Church in Lancaster, South Carolina.

Surviving relatives include: Her husband, Lebert James Reed, whom she married November 18, 1983; her children, Michael B. reed (Tommi), Olive Leann Wever (Mark), Christopher Reed (Melissa) and Sara Krebbs (Matthew); Thirteen Grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by one sister and her parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Christopher Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in rural Bloomfield.

Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday and 1 hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.
