Donald F. Cullison

Donald F. Cullison, 91, of Bloomfield, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.

Born November 16, 1932 in Bloomfield, he was the son of Frederick and Ida Mae (King) Cullison.

Don retired from NSWC Crane. He also worked for Engells Stone in Bedford and was a farmer. He served his country in the United States Army.

Surviving relatives include: his daughter, Monna Frances Phillips of West Newton, Indiana; one grandson, Toby Brower (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Madeline Eve, Katherine Elise and Loren Elizabeth all of Indianapolis; one brother, Herschel Cullison (Kathy); and two sisters Violet Tally and Nora Ellen McDaniel.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Cullison on August 20, 2018, his brothers, Bill Cullison and Harold Cullison, sisters, Berniece Clayton, Patsy Clayton and Joyce Lintz and his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at Sylvania Wesleyan Church in rural Bloomfield, with Rev. Rob Martindale officiating. Interment will follow in Sylvania Cemetery.

Public visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday at the church.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Sylvania Cemetery.
