Barbara June Earle, age 86, of Linton, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 23, 2018, at Linton Nursing & Rehab Center. She was born in Linton on December 22, 1931, the daughter of the late Daniel and Willie Pearl (Copeland) Ball.

Barbara loved cooking wonderful meals for her family and spending time with them whenever she could. She also attended Faith Community Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis (David) Moehlmann; grandchildren, Leslie Turnell, Jennifer LeDune, Kathy Ellis and Jessica Moehlmann; 9 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; sister, Peg Owen and brother, Dan Ball.

Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband, Bobbie Earle; son, Bobby Earle, Jr.; siblings, Grace, Bert, Audrey, Lura, Mozzella, Paul, Lester, Ernie, Bob and Arthur "Toad". Her infant grandson, Robert Moehlmann also preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Friday, July 27, 2018, with Pastor Shawn Farris officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 4:00-8:00 pm and on Friday from 9:00 am until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
